Officer Leo Strand of the Manitou Springs Police Department will meet with Crystal Hills residents regarding dangers along Crystal Park Road. Neighbors are encouraged to come and make their voices heard. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at the high school media room, 401 El Monte Place.
